Itinerary
Upon arrival at NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport, our representative will greet you and assist in your transfer to Gangtok – the capital city of Sikkim. Enjoy the scenic drive through lush green valleys and winding mountain roads. Once you reach Gangtok, check in to your hotel and spend the evening at leisure exploring the famous MG Marg. Overnight stay in Gangtok.
After breakfast, proceed towards Aritar, a serene destination in East Sikkim known for its peaceful ambiance and scenic beauty. On the way, you’ll cross Rongli – one of the entry points of the Old Silk Route. Visit the beautiful Aritar Lake (Lampokhari Lake), Aritar Monastery, and enjoy panoramic views of the Eastern Himalayas. Overnight stay at Aritar.
After breakfast, begin your journey toward Zuluk, a small hamlet perched on the rugged mountain slopes of East Sikkim. En route, enjoy the mesmerizing views of the winding Silk Route and the surrounding valleys. Zuluk offers breathtaking sunrise and sunset views over the snow-capped Kanchenjunga range. Overnight stay at Zuluk.
Start early today for an excursion through the high-altitude landscapes of the Old Silk Route. Visit the stunning Thambi View Point (11,200 ft) for a panoramic sunrise view, followed by Lungthung, Nathang Valley, Kupup Lake (Elephant Lake), and the iconic Old Baba Mandir. The zigzag roads and the majestic mountain backdrop will leave you spellbound. Return to Zuluk by evening. Overnight stay at Zuluk.
After breakfast, drive back to Gangtok. En route, you can stop at scenic viewpoints and local villages. Upon arrival in Gangtok, check into your hotel and spend the rest of the day shopping or relaxing. Overnight stay in Gangtok.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport for your onward journey with beautiful memories of the Old Silk Route and the mesmerizing hills of Sikkim.
